Job summary

Irving Independent School District is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Process Automation to optimize district processes using the Laserfiche platform. You will analyze, design, and implement automated forms and workflows, integrating with ERP and SIS systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Laserfiche, SQL, and process automation, plus strong communication to support HR, Finance, and Student Services. On-site at Irving facilities with standard district benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Laserfiche Certified Professional credentials preferred, especially Process Automation path or certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Laserfiche application: repository configuration, security, templates, user provisioning; manage licenses.
• Lead districtwide automation: design/deploy forms and workflows, automated and manual tasks, with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Special Education, Student Services, Purchasing, Facilities to translate requirements into automated Laserfiche solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, perform regression testing after changes.
• Manage change and release for Laserfiche solutions with controlled deployments.
• Maintain intake/backlog of requests, prioritize and communicate status.
