Job summary

Irving Independent School District is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Process Automation to optimize district processes using the Laserfiche platform. You will analyze, design, and implement automated forms and workflows, integrating with ERP and SIS systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Laserfiche, SQL, and process automation, plus strong communication to support HR, Finance, and Student Services. On-site at Irving facilities with standard district benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Laserfiche Certified Professional credentials preferred, especially Process Automation path or certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Administer the Laserfiche application: repository configuration, security, templates, user provisioning; manage licenses.
Lead districtwide automation: design/deploy forms and workflows, automated and manual tasks, with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Special Education, Student Services, Purchasing, Facilities to translate requirements into automated Laserfiche solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, perform regression testing after changes.
Manage change and release for Laserfiche solutions with controlled deployments.
Maintain intake/backlog of requests, prioritize and communicate status.
