Job summary

Plano ISD is seeking a Technology/ Information Systems Analyst for a temporary bond contract. The role analyzes, supports, tests, verifies, and documents the district's enterprise systems and applications.

WFH is eligible for Texas residents, and the position is based at the Administration Building with a standard 226 work days schedule. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus ITILv4, PMP, or Microsoft tech certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Certifications in ITILv4, PMP, and Microsoft Technology Stack preferred
• Knowledge of K12 ERP/SIS systems advantageous
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, test, verify, and document enterprise systems and applications for the district
• Facilitate system reviews and conduct business process analysis
• Develop and deliver end-user training for applications and modules
• Create and maintain queries and reports using reporting tools
• Coordinate projects, tasks, and software implementations and track milestones
• Provide post-production support and work with vendors to resolve issues
• Ensure documentation is clear and communicates technical concepts effectively
• Maintain customer trust and support educational and district needs
