Olin Corporation in Freeport, TX seeks an Analyzer Technician responsible for repair and maintenance of analytical equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will troubleshoot malfunctions, document failure analyses, maintain equipment, support SAP-based parts and service planning, and collaborate with suppliers and plant teams. Must read specs, MSDS, and P&IDs; overtime and TWIC may be required; US driver's license required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years as an Analyzer Technician in an industrial/chemical environment.
• Associate's degree in instrumentation or a relevant technical discipline.
• Ability to read project specifications, P&IDs and MSDS; work within Maintenance Work Process.
• TWIC eligibility and US driver's license; willing to work overtime.

• Troubleshoot, improve, repair malfunctions, and document failure analysis of Analyzer equipment.
• Repair, maintain, and install analytical equipment and machinery.
• Follow Operating Discipline for analytical tasks in maintenance zone.
• Assist in defining analytical spare parts and SAP equipment files; schedule services.
• Develop procedures for operations, isolation, and maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and manufacturing partners for issues with analytical equipment.
• Maintain analyzer buildings and sample conditioning systems.
