Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a specialized Analyzer Technician to support analytical systems across ethylene, polymer, and utility units. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, calibration, and safety, with overtime and varying shifts potentially required.

Ideal candidates have instrumentation or analyzer discipline education or certifications and comfort with SAP, Excel, and standard lab-to-field communications. This position involves field and plant work in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

Education and/or certs in instrumentation or analyzer discipline as required.
Experience with analyzer systems or industrial instrumentation preferred.
Willingness to work on-call, varying shifts, nights, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Participates and supports Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and processes.
Operates, troubleshoots, calibrates analyzer systems safely and efficiently.
Reads and interprets technical diagrams and loop sheets.
Initiates SAP notifications for repair work.
Provides technical assistance to production and engineering groups.
