Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in pharma/biotech manufacturing or development.
• Strong GMP/regulatory understanding across development and manufacturing.
• Experience with facility startups, tech transfer, validation, and scale-up projects.
• Strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, budget ownership, and S&OP alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ADPD across analytical and process development.
• Lead a high-performing team with a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define long-range direction, resource allocation, and performance management for ADPD.
• Drive readiness and capability development for future manufacturing operations and growth.
• Oversee budget ownership and lean initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with R&D, Tech Transfer, and cross-functional partners to deploy new tech.
