Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, in Cherryville, NC, is seeking a full‑time Process Analyst to join our team. You will operate molding equipment, adjust furnace temperature and belt speed, and help ensure consistent product quality at all times.

You will record process data, use precision measuring tools, and contribute to continuous improvement, while collaborating with maintenance and other departments.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand procedures, process sheets, etc.
• Basic math including decimals, fractions, percentages, averages

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate molding equipment with minimal supervision.
• Adjust furnace temperature and belt speed to maintain product quality.
• Legibly record and maintain applicable process information.
• Effectively use measuring equipment and interpret results.
• Provide input to continuous process improvement.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and procedure updates.
