Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate Project Manager (Senior Procedure Writer/Editor) in its Commercial Bank Procedures Team to manage end-to-end procedure documentation, collaborate with business partners and control managers, and ensure documents meet compliance standards and audit readiness.

You will apply templates, convert to active voice, optimize searchability, lead monthly partner meetings, and support publishing workflows to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procedure writing/editing experience, including reformatting detailed procedural documents.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services and procedure writing/editing.
• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing annual review schedules and managing multiple projects.
• Proven client relations and presentation skills, including facilitating meetings and supporting procedural communications.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory, and compliance environments.
• Advanced editing skills, including converting procedures to active voice and applying external style guides.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a queue of BAU change requests for procedure documents.
• Lead the annual attestation and review process for published documents to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Apply prescribed templates and style guidelines to maintain consistency and clarity across documentation.
• Convert procedures to active voice, incorporate numbered lists and if-then tables for improved usability.
• Identify and integrate relevant keywords to optimize document searchability.
• Support document posting and update generation using publishing applications and document management systems.
