Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is seeking a Special Procedure RN to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center GI clinic.

This role delivers patient-centered care by coordinating treatment for high-acuity patients, triaging needs, assisting with specialty procedures, and educating patients and families. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment and clear communication, with a collaborative approach to supporting providers and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Washington RN license or multi-state licensure requirements.
• Current BLS CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• ACLS (Cardiology) and PALS (Pediatrics) as applicable by department.
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment for high-acuity patients in ambulatory surgery/GI clinics.
• Triage needs and assist with specialty procedures.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-procedure instructions.

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Special Procedure RN to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center GI clinic. This role provides compassionate, patient-centered care by coordinating treatment for high-acuity patients, triaging needs, assisting with specialty procedures, and educating patients and families. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to supporting providers and the care team.

87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts, scheduled day off to be determined

Hiring range

Hiring range is between $42.69/hour - $54.38/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $41.85 - $62.78

Requirements

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
• Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
• (Cardiology and ASC department requires ACLS)
• (Pediatrics department requires PALS)
• Experience with an electronic health record; Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a similar role as defined by specific department/procedure preferred.
