Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Part-time Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide individualized, high-quality patient care across ages. You will work within a team to coordinate care at admission, transfer, and discharge.

The role requires current Iowa RN license, BLS within 6 weeks, Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months, and English proficiency. Shifts rotate including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
• Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. The acceptable credentialing body is the American Heart Association.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to populations served within three (3) months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English language.
