Emory Healthcare is seeking a Procedural Service Line Coordinator to oversee daily operations for the assigned service line, coordinating staffing, case flow, and inventory for surgeons and proceduralists. The role involves active collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality care and efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN or ADN with at least two years in a procedural setting, maintain an active nursing license, and have BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or ADN and minimum 2 years of procedural area experience.
• Must hold a valid, active nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; other certification based on specialty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for the assigned service line and manage case flow, staffing, and inventory.
• Communicate with surgeons/proceduralists, vendors, staff and leadership to keep case schedules updated.
• Support nursing leadership with administrative duties and participate in regulatory reviews and cost containment.
• Act as a liaison to physicians, office personnel, nursing staff, and patients families to maintain quality service and documentation.
