The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients, including coordinating appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative role
• Extensive experience in providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic or other Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Experience in a specialty clinic setting
