The Lead Coordinator - Specialty Scheduling oversees the day-to-day activities of the Coordinator role while functioning in that role. In addition to being the point person for the coordinators, they schedule office and hospital services for patients, including appointments with external providers or ancillary departments, to ensure coordinated care.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience working in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative role
  • Extensive and excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a specialty clinic
  • Experience with Epic or other Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
