Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the day shift in the procedure and patient-care area. You will assist with sedation and procedures, admit and discharge patients, and support the team while wearing lead protection and staying on your feet.

The successful candidate will interpret care plans, assess patient needs, administer medications, record vital signs, and monitor for changes.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing required or bachelor's degree preferred
• RN license required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• NRP preferred
• PALS preferred
• Clinical nursing experience 3-5 years required; procedural experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs accurately and timely.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in condition, and other significant patient findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, condition and clinical needs.
