Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care using the nursing practice model. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans, delegating tasks per Texas nursing laws and staff skills.

You will contribute to quality improvement, educate patients and staff, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe navigation of healthcare processes, delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program or 2 years minimum experience.
• RN licensure is required.
• Major focus or specialization in Nursing.

Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. This prevents complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
