Job summary

Aura Health in Minnesota seeks a Radiology Procedural Nurse to provide sedation, monitoring, and patient care across imaging procedures for all ages in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, coordinate care transitions, and participate in quality improvement while mentoring teammates in a purpose-driven, innovative culture focused on exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork and adaptability are essential.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide sedation, monitoring, and patient care across imaging procedures for all ages.
• Collaborate with physicians and peers in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Ensure smooth transitions of care and mentor team members.
• Lead quality improvement activities and promote evidence-based practice.
