Job summary

Aura Health in Minnesota seeks a Radiology Procedural Nurse to provide sedation, monitoring, and patient care across imaging procedures for all ages in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, coordinate care transitions, and participate in quality improvement while mentoring teammates in a purpose-driven, innovative culture focused on exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork and adaptability are essential.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Responsibilities include providing sedation, monitoring, and patient care across diverse imaging procedures for patients of all ages, in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The nurse collaborates with physicians and peers, demonstrating autonomy, evidence-based practice, and teamwork. Key duties involve coordinating nursing care, patient/family education, and ensuring smooth transitions of care, while leading quality improvement activities and mentoring team members.
