Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in Imaging Procedural Care. The RN will manage patient care across the healthcare continuum, ensuring safety and cost-efficiency while collaborating with the care team.

The role includes pre- and post-operative care for imaging procedures, administration of conscious sedation, vigilant monitoring during MRI, Ultrasound, IR, or CT, and thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or 3 years nursing experience.
• Indiana RN license in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• 2 years RN experience in ED, ICU, or PCU preferred with higher acuity care.
• Must report to hospital within 45 minutes for on-call.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Demonstrate collaboration, delegation, negotiation and resource management.
• Provide pre- and post-Op care for imaging procedures.
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor vitals during MRI, Ultrasound, IR, or CT.
• Document in EMR.
