Job summary

Abbott Northwestern Hospital, part of Allina Health, seeks an experienced RN for Procedural Care in Radiology. You will assess patients undergoing procedures or anesthesia, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires 1+ year of critical care or PACU/Procedural experience, with potential for charge nurse or preceptor duties. A strong nursing foundation and valid MN/WI license are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years critical care RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years working in a procedural area or ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and outcomes.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate, delegate and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care; support unit operations as needed.
