WellStar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide variety of Diagnostic Imaging procedures on patients of all ages to provide physicians with data for diagnostic purposes. This position works under the direction of a Radiologist or Manager.

This role emphasizes ALARA, high-quality imaging, and compassionate, patient-focused care. Certification in ARRT Radiography and Basic Life Support, with excellent communication skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate Diagnostic Imaging equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong patient/customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs Diagnostic Imaging exams in multiple settings.
• Adheres to ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Assists Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Ensures proper patient identification and post-processing of data.
