Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Quality, Safety & Regulatory Program Manager to align procedural services with quality and safety standards. You will develop dashboards, monitor infection prevention, track safety events, and coordinate regulatory readiness across OR, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, SPD, Pre/Post, and related areas.

The role partners with leaders to close gaps, define action plans, and sustain improvements while ensuring compliance with C-I-CARE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, quality management, public health, clinical discipline, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate platform quality and safety dashboards across procedural areas.
• Track quality indicators, infection prevention metrics, and safety events.
• Coordinate review and closure tracking for safety events and regulatory findings.
• Support regulatory readiness activities, mock surveys, tracers, audits, and policy reviews.
• Promote standardized policies, checklists, and escalation pathways across procedural services.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary improvement workgroups and just culture principles.
