Live Well Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical support by preparing and educating patients before procedures and assisting providers with minor surgeries.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, patient communication, and maintaining sterile exam rooms in a busy clinical setting. A nursing education program and 3–5 years of LPN experience are preferred for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• 3–5 years of LPN experience, preferably in procedural or inpatient care.
• Ability to work independently with support as needed, strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and vital signs; prepare patients for examinations; assist with diagnostic tests; collect and process laboratory specimens; administer medications and vaccines.
• Communicate with patients and providers effectively; maintain sterile environments and prepare exam rooms.
