LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide primary clinical support in outpatient settings. The role assists providers with diagnosis, treatment, and patient care, documents histories and vital signs, and coordinates tests to ensure accurate follow-up.

The LPN helps with minor procedures, specimen collection, medication administration, vaccines, and maintaining a clean, aseptic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow clinical protocols.
• Deliver patient-centered care to diverse outpatient populations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data.
• Support providers during examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens, ensuring proper documentation.
• Communicate with patients and prioritize provider requests.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and skin tests as directed.
• Maintain examination rooms and ensure infection control standards.
