Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor/test environments or related manufacturing settings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test programs and methodologies to improve product performance and throughput.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and support production test hardware and probe card systems.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis for hardware failures and test-related issues.
• Analyze electrical test data and equipment logs to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and yield.
