Qualifications

• Minimum of four or more years of experience in Probation & Parole, Corrections, or related office support roles within the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Responsibilities

• Investigates offender's home/work/social environments for circuit courts/Parole Board and compiles reports.
• Counsels offenders in homes, workplaces or confinement and attends court for assignments/reports.
• Assists in vocational/educational/social adjustment planning and coordinates with public/private agencies.
• Prepares statistical activity reports and assists in investigations and special projects.
• Possesses a valid vehicle operator’s license.
• Completes safety training and maintains requalification annually.
