Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; statutory requirements apply.
• Level II requires two years of correctional experience; master’s may substitute for one year.
• Level III requires four years of correctional experience; master’s may substitute for one year.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult offenders using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Conduct investigations including pre-sentence, interstate, pre-pardon, and pre-parole as needed.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to the releasing authority.
• Maintain offender documentation and track compliance with conditions.
