Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education may substitute for general experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fieldwork status of officers via a web-based dispatch program.
• Use Wave PTX radio with ten-codes and plain talk.
• Record officer contact times and track field activities.
• Monitor officer on-scene time and perform welfare checks.
• Coordinate emergency assistance and responses.
• Update internal databases during downtime (SIRS, PACTS, ATLAS, USSC).
• Perform additional duties as workload requires.
