Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise correctional probation officers and senior officers.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure investigative and supervision services are provided in accordance with Florida statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Review and approve court reports, investigations, and reports for quality and content.
• Distribute workloads and assign cases to ensure equitable distribution.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Maintain liaison with judiciary, law enforcement, and other agencies.
• Attend trainings and serve on teams or committees as required.
• Supervise policy implementation and delivery of services.
• Handle administrative duties and participate in special projects as needed.
