Job summary

Doña Ana County is seeking a Court Compliance/LDWI program officer to monitor misdemeanor offenders on supervised probation and ensure compliance with court-ordered judgments. The role requires collaboration with District, Magistrate, and municipal courts, and with the District Attorney’s Office to support case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field or equivalent.
• Two years case management experience in a supervised probation setting or similar justice role preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor misdemeanor offenders on supervised probation to ensure compliance with court orders.
• Communicate with offenders via phone, virtual or in-person meetings and written correspondence.
• Collaborate with courts, judges, and the District Attorney’s Office; prepare and submit reports as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in paper and electronic records; generate reports for caseload management.
• Provide referrals to services and coordinate with providers for treatment and support.
