Massachusetts Trial Court in Marlborough seeks an entry-level Probation Case Administrator I to perform data entry, run queries in the CARI system, and support the daily trial list with administrative tasks. Customer service is provided to coworkers, lawyers, and the public, over the phone and in person.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Union position with progression within the salary band per the CBA/MOU.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related work experience needed.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer service at front counter and handles phone inquiries.
• Enters and updates restraining orders in the system.
• Receives, dates, stamps, sorts, and distributes mail; processes outgoing mail.
