A law firm collaboration in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Private Wealth - Trusts & Estates/Probate Paralegal to join their team. The candidate will manage probate and trust administration tasks while supporting attorneys. A minimum of five years of administrative experience in a fast-paced legal environment is required. The position is full-time and in-office, working collaboratively in a dynamic legal setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant in a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting attorneys or executives in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.
• At least two years of legal secretary or legal administrative support experience at a mid-to-large law firm.

Responsabilités

• Manage probate and post-death trust administration.
• File probate documents with courts throughout Florida.
• Marshal and obtain values of estate assets.
• Prepare federal estate and gift tax returns.
