This role requires strong probate expertise and the ability to manage multiple cases with precision, while coordinating client interviews and maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years probate experience in a law office is required.
• Deep knowledge of Florida probate law and estate administration procedures.
• Strong writing and legal research skills for drafting court documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review probate documents for proceedings and estate administration.
• Conduct probate research on Florida statutes and estate planning best practices.
• Manage case files and deadlines with case management systems and accurate documentation.
• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and court filings.
• Coordinate client interviews and gather estate and family law documents.
• Analyze estate assets, liabilities, and distribution requirements.
• Support probate litigation and contested estate matters as needed.
• Maintain court filing deadlines and procedural compliance.
