We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Probate and Trust Litigation Associate Attorney for a partnership-track role. The position focuses on fiduciary disputes, complex probate matters, and trust-related controversies, with ownership of matters and direct client contact.

This hybrid, in-office role offers a base salary starting at $140,000 and a path to partnership. You will manage a docket, develop litigation strategy, draft and argue pleadings, take depositions, and

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of probate litigation experience.
• Strong command of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Ability to independently manage a docket and run matters with appropriate supervision.
• Strong legal research, advocacy, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate and trust litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy, including early case assessment and settlement positioning.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other persuasive filings.
• Handle written discovery and document strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding strategy, risk, and settlement options.
• Contribute to practice development through client relationship building and referral cultivation.
