Job summary

Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a California-licensed litigator to handle trust and estate disputes with mentorship and a clear partnership track. The role offers a 1,500 annual billable requirement, hybrid schedule after onboarding, and meaningful trial exposure.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, active CA Bar in good standing, and experience in trust litigation or related commercial litigation; compensation ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Trust litigation experience preferred; transferable experience in related commercial, business, or real estate litigation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Appear in court, mediations, and negotiations.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
• Stay current on trusts and estates law through continuing education.
