Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth legal research on probate, trust, and fiduciary law in Arizona.
• Draft appellate briefs, petitions for review, and responses for state courts.
• Prepare dispositive motions and trial memoranda for high-stakes disputes.
• Represent beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and fiduciaries in probate and trust matters.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and appeals.
