This role involves leading high-stakes matters, managing a busy docket, and providing expert counsel in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. You will draft documents, mentor junior lawyers, and advocate zealously for clients in Texas courts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas attorney with 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate or guardianship.
• Strong advocacy and litigation skills with a thorough understanding of probate procedures in Texas.
• Experience drafting trusts, wills and pleadings with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estate planning and probate matters from intake to resolution.
• Drive complex probate litigation, including guardianships and trust disputes.
• Represent clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and fiduciary breaches.
• Conduct legal research, handle depositions, and draft comprehensive estate plans.
• Advise on wealth preservation and family transitions to protect legacies.
