The ideal candidate will manage probate matters from initial consultation through closing, coordinate with attorneys, and maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients.

This full-time, in-office role requires 2+ years probate experience, familiarity with Florida probate procedures and court rules, excellent organization, and the ability to prioritize

Aufgaben

Assist with probate cases from initial consultation through closing.
Case management, scheduling and calendaring; run probate case from beginning to end (with attorney oversight).
Track deadlines, calendar key dates, and manage follow-ups on active matters.
Monitor emails and correspondence to ensure professional and timely responses.
Perform legal research on probate.
Accurately track time entries and track billable hours.
