Huth, Pratt & Milhauser in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its estate planning and probate team. The ideal candidate will manage probate matters from initial consultation through closing, coordinate with attorneys, and maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients.

This full-time, in-office role requires 2+ years probate experience, familiarity with Florida probate procedures and court rules, excellent organization, and the ability to prioritize

• Perform legal research on probate.

Job Summary: Florida Paralegal - Probate

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, in-office in Boca Raton, Full time

Huth, Pratt & Milhauser is a well-established Florida law firm focused on Estate Planning, probate, trust, and estate administration and litigation seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple matters at various stages of Probate, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with probate cases from initial consultation through closing.
• Case management, scheduling and calendaring. Candidate will be able to run a probate case from beginning to end (with attorney oversight).
• Track deadlines, calendar key dates, and manage follow-ups on active matters.
• Monitor emails and correspondence to ensure professional and timely responses
• Perform legal research on probate
• Accurately track time entries and track billable hours.
