Qualifications

• Prior probate, trusts and estates experience in Florida.
• Familiarity with probate process and rules.
• Excellent math and computer skills, Florida e-filing proficiency.
• Knowledge of federal estate tax returns helps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, able to prioritize and service clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries.
• Prepare deeds, probate forms, pleadings, inventories and asset transfer documents.
• Organize and analyze assets and assist with valuations.
• Review information from bank, brokerage and other financial statements.
