Job summary

Salmon Bay Law Group, PLLC seeks a reliable paralegal to support probate administration and firm operations. The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and learning new skills, with potential hybrid work and 25–35 hours weekly.

You will assist attorneys, manage probate tasks, draft routing documents, file with courts, maintain files, handle invoicing, calendars, and deadlines, and help with estate planning documents and signings.

Qualifications

• Impeccable communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of probate tasks, including routing draft documents.
• Assist with document signings and filing online with courts and county recorders.
• Organize and maintain paper and data files; assist with invoicing and calendars.
• Track deadlines and assist with estate planning documents and witnessing signings.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
