The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in probate or estate law, and must possess an Arizona law license. Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably probate/trust/estate.
• Professionalism, integrity, and compassion for clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in probate court and other related proceedings.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies throughout the litigation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and other court documents.
