• Manage deadlines and keep files organized from opening to closing.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to surface issues before they become problems.
• Serve as Case Manager on own caseload for qualified candidates.
• Proficient with Clio, Box, and document automation; comfortable with AI tools.
