Qualifications

• Proven ability to draft petitions, motions, and pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain correspondence and legal documents.
• Prepare legal pleadings, discovery, and research memoranda for attorneys.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and coordinate service of process.
• Organize case files, manage document productions, and prepare exhibits.
• Maintain timekeeping records and communicate with clients and courts.
• Work in-office full-time and collaborate with attorneys and clients.
