Specialized, boutique law firm currently seeking a professional, responsible, and motivated candidate to work in our office as a Probate Litigation and Estate Administration Paralegal. The Firm has doubled in size in the last 4 years and the growth continues.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Document preparation for estate planning
• Document preparation for probate court filings and probate litigation cases
• Document preparation for trust administration
• Sorting, scanning and filing mail for client files
• Client contact and communication
• Maintaining active case lists

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will possess at least 2-5 years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience with General Litigation. Any probate litigation experience is a bonus.
• The successful candidate should possess prior work experience in a fast-paced, professional atmosphere and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Ability to successfully manage priorities is essential.
• Candidates must have poise and excellent communication skills; be meticulous, accurate, and have extraordinary organizational skills; be able to multi-task and must be highly motivated; and exhibit initiative.
