BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Administration Attorney to join our client’s Winter Haven, Florida team. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a probate practice area from the ground up, leveraging the firm’s resources and caseload.

The ideal candidate is a Florida Bar member with substantial probate experience, deep knowledge of the Florida Probate Code, and a proven ability to manage a high-volume docket while guiding families through complex matters.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active Florida Bar.
• Proven probate experience in Florida.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Experience with contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file probate documents.
• Serve as primary legal contact for families.
• Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
• Manage a high-volume docket with precision.
• Handle both uncontested and contested probate matters.
• Help establish scalable probate processes.
