Starting salary is $38,878.81 annually with a 2.5% raise after probation, and possible increases subject to legislative approval. Qualifications include an associate degree or GED plus 4 years' related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Performs clerical tasks: review/accept filings; collect fees/payments; process documents.
• Enters information into court databases to maintain probate records and process filings.
• Maintains probate records and ensures accuracy of filings and information.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
