Qualifications

• Active California State Bar member in good standing.
• 5+ years civil litigation, including 2+ years in trust/estate/probate/fiduciary disputes.
• Experience taking/defending key depositions, appearing in court, drafting major motions, and preparing for trials or evidentiary hearings.
• Superior legal writing, strong emotional intelligence, and practical commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall strategy and lead high-stakes trust, estate, probate, conservatorship, and financial elder abuse disputes from inception through trial or settlement.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients navigating complex family wealth disputes.
• Mentor junior attorneys, review work, delegate effectively, and oversee case budgets and realization.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and regional referral relationship development.

• Drive overall strategy and lead high-stakes trust, estate, probate, conservatorship, and financial elder abuse disputes from inception through trial or settlement.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients navigating complex, emotionally charged family wealth disputes.
• Mentor junior attorneys, review work product, delegate effectively, and oversee case budgets and realization.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and regional referral relationship development.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to trust, estate, probate, or fiduciary disputes.
