Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Georgia seeks a probate attorney to manage cases from initial consultation through resolution, advising clients on probate and estate matters, and drafting pleadings and court filings.

You will attend hearings, maintain files, conduct legal research, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely progression while upholding deadlines.

A Georgia-law license and 0–4 years of experience are preferred; probate or family law exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia, or recent Georgia Bar admittee.
• 0-4 years of legal experience; probate experience preferred.
• Family law or litigation experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage files and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-service abilities.
