Job summary

Netwatch North America is seeking a positive and professional Video Intervention Specialist to fill positions at our high-security video and alarm monitoring facilities in Irving, TX. You will monitor alarms, respond to incidents, and communicate with clients to ensure safety and rapid resolution.

The role demands excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed during security-related situations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• 1+ year CCTV/security video monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems and act on activations per client instructions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients with security incidents.
• Respond appropriately to emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Follow SOPs for all security-related calls or incidents.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound calls to police and responding agencies.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Prepare detailed incident reports with contacts and actions taken.
