Job summary

STA KLEEN INC in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator to organize daily and upcoming grease hood cleaning jobs in the Chicago area. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure crews are deployed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), highly organized, comfortable on the phone and PC, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable making a substantial number of outbound calls daily.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Familiarity with Chicago area scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm the day’s scheduled jobs and contact customers as needed.
• Make outbound calls to schedule new appointments and fill openings in the Chicago area.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in our systems.
• Use QuickBooks and scheduling software to manage data.
• Provide professional customer service by phone and email.
• Follow up to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
