Job summary

Workspace Plus in Wisconsin seeks a Safety Manager to build and advance a proactive safety culture, protecting people and strengthening operational reliability. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site safety systems, programs, training, emergency preparedness, incident response, and risk reduction efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading occupational safety programs and improving safety culture.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into site-level safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and culture leadership across the site.
• Own and maintain site safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, PPE, etc.).
• Conduct JSAs and risk assessments, and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Manage incident investigations with root cause analysis and action tracking.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report to leadership for continuous improvement.
